How can organization in museums and universities contribute to democratization and decolonization?

Project Coordinator Alex Robichaud shares their One Big Idea that thoughtful administrative organization is a form of care. Instead of trying to do more with less, they emphasize that it's ok for people in power to push back in order to make changes that will create sustainable structures to support progress towards democratization and decolonization.
